There was discussion that EPRHA and New England along with us should put on the affiliate finals. Kenny suggested that we have a rep from these groups to meet with Bill McGee. Spike knows Bill McGee and suggested that we could meet with him privately and go over the dirt issue.
Jennifer will check with the Broome County 4-H to put on a show during our intermission at the June show. Gene Caufield agreed to do the bedding again for June show. Tom made a motion that we as RE Sears to judge the Green classes for Wednesday night, seconded by Brian, motion carried.
New facility at Morrisville is not a rumor.
A motion was made by Brian that in order for you to receive year end awards for CNYRHA you must attend Three (3) CNYRHA/NRHA shows seconded by Spike all in favor, motion carried.
There wasw much discussion weather to point YRHA shows. Two letters were read that were against pointing YRHA shows. There will be a separate letter sent, to the general membership for them to vote for pointing the July YRHA show. The letter will be sent to the 2008 membership Roster for the 2009 show season. If there is not a majority of votes then the Board will decide. All ballets will be sent to the Secretary. Ballets will be opened at the next meeting at the February Banquet.

NEW BUSINESS - $200 will be added in the Rookie II at the June show if we can get it sponsored.
BANQUET - February 7th deadline for reduced room rates are Jan 10th, Double Tree, East
Syracuse, 12:00 General Membership Meeting, 5PM Cocktails, 6PM Dinner with a Cash Bar. We will have a silent auction. We need to put this in the newsletter so that everyone knows.
AFFILIATE AWARDS - options to purchase it, need to be paid for by end of December, we need money to order, a motion was made by Jody that the club pay for the shipping, seconded by Spike, 2 opposed, motioned carried.
Suzie made a motion for 2008 NRHA Affiliate circuit awards anyone that showed is eligible. In 2009 you need to designate the CNYRHA affiliate in order to be eligible for the circuit award. Jody seconded, 1 opposed, motion carried.
